Added charges such as clean up charge which was not included in the cost of room nor told about, and then we had to clean the kitchen , the bathroom and take out the trash. Learned our lesson the hard way--always ask if there are any hidden charges in the room rate.

About 3 blocks from aquarium and away from heavy traffic! Very good area and great walking distance to everything but still gives you a little seclusion and quietness! Great hotel to see fireworks on 4th of July! Staff was extremely nice and gave lots of recommendations on what to do in town! Room was spacious and we didn't feel couped up when we went back to room to relax!
Our room was a little older and missing tv remotes, but we didn't watch much tv anyway! However, room was clean and decent place to stay!

It was our first time in Gatlinburg and we came across the rental through the internet. Upon arriving, check in was very easy. The location was awesome! Very close to the strip, but quiet and out of the way from the busy traffic and vacationers. We were able to walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. It was also very convenient to have a kitchenette with a refrigerator.
No television in the 2nd bedroom. Not enough kitchen cooking wear.

There were several things that were needing repaired or remodeled. For the money it wasn't a bargin. It cost 381.xx for three nights and when we checked out the taxes made it 457.xx. I know that the state legislature is in charge of that, but I think we will be much more savy about in the future. When you couple a 11.25% tax on the food it is over the top. We have four girls and it was costing 150.00 per dat to eat in Gatlinburg, too much.

Loved our stay here. A lot of the rooms were better updated than ours but that is to be expected depending on the owners of the condo. Ours seemed to have an older couple that liked having alot of nick knacks around. Older furniture but still comfortable. We were in room 605 and didn't have any problems. I loved that we were close enough to walk to the strip but far enough it wasn't crowded with people or loud. I would stay again. My kids loved the pool and the front desk was fabulous and super nice!

It is very close to the shopping strip in Gatlinburg. The room is much bigger than the average hotel room, good if you have younger kids or are traveling with friends.
The rooms smelled and were not very clean, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The location was great.
The fireplace didn't work. They promised to repair it--we stayed 3 nights-- they never did. The rooms smelled. The carpet had bad stains-one had a burned mark with the full impression of an iron. There was sticky stuff in the cupboards, loose change on the floors of the closets, no blankets for the beds.

The location.
Was ok if you just want place to sleep and shower, really needs to be updated, staff needs to be more engaging, has no extras at all. We would not stay there again.

Liked the location, fireplace, flatscreen tv's, decor, very clean, friendly staff. Good experience!
A little pricey, no hot tub, sign in room says they offer ticket sales for the Aquarium at the front desk and they do not offer that anymore.

Nice location. Loved that we had a balcony and kitchen.
Needs some updating, older building, old T.V.'S. Still was worth the price, could not have stayed as long if not a good deal.
